Project Coordinator (Onsite) in Pune, India

Work Location: Pune, India (Onsite) 

Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Engagement Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Languages Required: English

We are looking for Project Coordinators to join our onsite team in Pune, India!

In this role, you will manage a team of Data Quality Analysts, making sure that accuracy and output match client standards and requirements. You will work on projects focused on improving a major Virtual Assistant through data processing.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all security and confidentiality requirements are followed

  • Onboard, train, monitor, and lead a team of Data Quality Analysts

  • Communicating progress and output to the client

  • Update existing procedures

  • Identify ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

  • Management and performing of Quality Assurance

 

Role Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in team management.

  • Excellent English listening, reading, and speaking skills.

  • Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines.

  • Ability to lead and manage large teams.

  • Strong project progress reporting and data analysis skills.

  • Ability to work under high pressure.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and iOS software.

  • Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
