Remote Freelance Quality Reviewer – Mandarin (Singapore)

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for freelance Mandarin (Singapore) Quality Reviewer to review and edit text annotations made by our Annotators and conduct thorough quality assurance checks, ensuring that all data in the call transcripts is labeled correctly and in strict adherence to annotation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Idiomatic fluency in Mandarin (Singapore)

  • Excellent written comprehension in Mandarin (Singapore)

  • Advanced English

  • Mindful of different PII formats in different countries (e.g. passport numbers) in order to redact adequately

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently

  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

  • Prior experience with similar task is a plus
