Norwegian speakers in Oslo: join a paid voice-collection study, pair up with a friend, and earn $215 each after a 2.5-hour session.

We are currently recruiting Norwegian speakers to participate in a paid voice collection project that will be used to improve voice recognition technologies for virtual assistants.

Project Details

📌 What participants will do

Participants will take part in a recorded conversation with another person while wearing earbuds. The discussion is guided with prompts and designed to feel natural and engaging, covering everyday topics such as hobbies, shopping, weather, or general opinions.

👥 Join with a friend

This study is conducted in pairs, so members are encouraged to sign up with a friend, classmate, or partner. This makes the experience more enjoyable and both participants, each will receive a compensation of $215 USD upon successful completion. Participants who register with someone they know will be prioritized for scheduling.

✅ Eligibility requirements

Participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have idiomatic fluency in Norwegian

  • Be available to attend an onsite session in Oslo

  • Be comfortable participating in a recorded conversation

📍 Location & Duration

  • The session lasts up to 2.5 hours

  • It takes place at our centrally located office in Oslo (full details shared upon confirmation)

💰 Compensation

Each participant will receive $215 USD for successful participation.
