Role Summary 

We are looking for passionate, highly analytical Travel experts to help train and evaluate the next generation of Artificial Intelligence. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will review, rate, and correct AI-generated responses related to travel. Your expertise will ensure our models understand visa regulations, complex loyalty programs, off-the-beaten-path logistics, regional travel nuances, and the economic impacts of tourism accurately, safely, and helpfully. If you love dissecting travel itineraries, analyzing visa requirements, uncovering hidden destinations, or reviewing travel guides, this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI Output: Read prompts and multiple AI-generated responses related to travel, ranking them based on accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and formatting.

• Fact-Checking: Verify visa regulations, loyalty point rules, transportation options, local logistics, cultural insights, and economic information to identify AI “hallucinations” (incorrect or fabricated facts).

• Write Justifications: Provide clear, concise, and well-structured written explanations for why one AI response is better than another.

• Red Teaming: Test the limits of the AI by prompting it with complex or edge-case travel scenarios (e.g., multi-country visa issues, unusual itineraries, or budget-constrained planning).

Role Requirements 

• Deep Travel Expertise: Extensive knowledge of travel logistics, visa requirements, loyalty programs, niche destinations, or regional tourism trends.

• Experience creating travel content: Such as reviews, guides, blog posts, or podcasts. This may come from experience as an independent travel agent, published guidebook contributor, podcaster, or travel blogger.

• Exceptional Written Communication: Native-level fluency in English with the ability to explain complex travel rules and concepts clearly to a broad audience.

• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just travel; you analyze visa regulations, itineraries, cost optimization, and regional trends.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle factual errors, misleading guidance, or incorrect information in written responses.

Preferred Role Requirements 

• Familiarity with travel analytics, loyalty point optimization, or economic impacts of tourism.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
