Photographer Coordinator (Remote in the US)
Lead a team of photographers: 20 hrs/wk, $20/hr, start ASAP.

We are seeking an experienced Photographer Coordinator to lead and manage photographers participating in our RAW Photo Collection Project.
This role combines operational coordination with hands-on photography work. The ideal candidate is an experienced photographer who can ensure quality standards, manage throughput, support team performance, and coordinate a group of photographers.
Role Summary
The Photographer Coordinator is responsible for supervising, guiding, and coordinating a team of independent contractor photographers.
The Photographer Coordinator will be reviewing the photos submitted by Photographers to ensure compliance with project requirements, maintain quality standards, and help optimize team productivity.
Role Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee a team of photographers participating in the project.
Verify applicants’ technical photography skills (including RAW files and EXIF review).
Ensure photographers understand:
Quality requirements
Upload procedures
Location-based restrictions
Monitor weekly production metrics and quality standards.
Provide feedback and support to improve image quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Troubleshoot operational challenges related to image collection or uploads.
Role Requirements
Must be 18+ years old and resident of the United States.
Must be located in any of these states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in the photography field is a plus
Proven experience in administrative roles
Must be flexible and able to shift focuses quickly
Support photographers and managers in achieving the desired goal
Ability to balance coordination responsibilities with hands-on production.
Self-motivated, quick learner and strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
Quality and detail-oriented mindset
Proven photography experience with strong technical knowledge (RAW format, lighting, composition, camera settings).
Experience reviewing EXIF data and assessing image quality.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of independent contractors.
Must own a DSLR/Mirrorless digital camera
