Role Summary

The Local Logistics Coordinator should have a background in booking spaces (Airbnb and PeerSpace). The coordinators will be responsible for researching spaces and making sure they fit the budget and project’s requirements. They will oversee the check in and check out process for each space and communicate with Airbnb hosts accordingly.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand provided project documentation to align with bookings.

• Interact with project team and Airbnb hosts to book spaces

• Utilize booking software for research and booking

• Convey details to the Project Manager and Production team

• Communicate and coordinate with project team

• Interact with various hardware & software

• Assist in setting up facility

• Ability to lift up 45 to 50 lbs when needed
