Political Ads Content Moderator (Reviewer)
DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking detail-oriented Political Ads Content Moderators to support the review, classification, and policy enforcement of political advertising content across global markets.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of online political advertising by analyzing ad content, applying global election ad policies, and ensuring compliance across different regions and election cycles. You will work with complex policy frameworks, conduct in-depth web research, and document market trends that inform advertising and moderation strategies.

Role Responsibilities
Apply Global Election Ads Policies to review and moderate political advertising content, including identifying secondary business carveouts where applicable.
Analyze and link web ad content to appropriate political and non-political categories in accordance with regional election policies (e.g., US, EU, AU, IN, NZ).
Review landing pages and associated web content to identify political intent, “offers for sale” signals, and relevant candidate or campaign information.
Document findings, decisions, and observed changes in the advertising market to support data accuracy and process improvements.
Conduct detailed web research to validate advertiser claims, campaign intent, and policy alignment.
Identify edge cases, escalate complex policy questions, and contribute to continuous optimization of moderation workflows.
Quickly learn new industries, advertiser models, and campaign structures to apply policy accurately and consistently.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in Content Moderation or a related online review role.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex policy guidelines.
High attention to detail, especially when identifying nuanced political signals and secondary business indicators.
Solid understanding of online advertising concepts, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and ad campaign structures.
Proven ability to conduct deep-dive web research and analyze websites, domains, and advertiser intent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience moderating Political Ads or Election-related advertising content.
Knowledge of global and US political systems, elections, and political landscapes.
Experience working at an expert rater or advanced moderation level.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads or similar online advertising products.
